We offer different delivery options to meet your needs, including standard delivery, express delivery, and in-store pickup.

Standard delivery is available. Express delivery is also available for an additional fee. Free standard delivery may be offered for qualifying orders.

In-store pickup is free of charge.

For certain locations, standard delivery takes additional days. Express shipping is also available to those locations.

Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day. During holidays or sale periods, processing and shipping may experience some delay.

You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “ORDERS” section. If you are not registered, you may use the order tracking section by providing your order number and the surname used at the time of purchase.

We do not offer scheduled delivery at a specific time or date. However, you may ship your order to a different address than your billing address.

Shipments to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses are not available.

For in-store pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order arrives at the selected store. You will have a set number of days to pick up your order. If you cannot pick it up yourself, you may authorize someone else to do so by providing them with the order number or the email confirmation.

If the order is not picked up within the allowed period, it will be canceled. A refund will then be processed using the original payment method. The timing of the refund depends on your bank.
